RSS FEEDS
Keep up with what's happening in the arts and cultural scene in Northern Ireland by selecting and accessing CultureNorthernIreland's RSS feeds.
What is RSS? RSS or 'Really Simple Syndication' means you don't have to visit websites on a regular basis to be kept up to date. With RSS the stories you are interested in are delivered directly to you as they are published.
Not all websites provide this service but their numbers are growing. News agencies such as the BBC, CNN, and Guardian Unlimited are among them. In Northern Ireland the Ulster Orchestra also provides this service.
How do I receive RSS? To begin collecting RSS feeds you will need a news reader. There are many available, most free of charge.
Most news readers need to be downloaded and installed while others are offered as a service and work inside your browser.
Below are some examples of available news readers. To include a feed on your reader click on one of the RSS Feeds at the top of the page. Simply copy the URL from here into your reader.
Users can select any or all of our feeds, which are divided into the site’s categories of area and theme. There is also a General feed containing all of our recently published material.
