Group DetailsTrisha McNally
A practicing artist, Illustrator and freelance art facilitator on a number of visual arts outreach programmes within festivals, parades, schools, youth and community groups.
My relaxed and friendly style encourages self-expression and motivates participants to use their imagination, assisting them in discovering an exciting range of new techniques and develop their artistic skills. Through this process of creative self-expression, individuals gain in confidence, self-esteem and empowerment.
A former graduate with a BDes in Fashion and Textiles design from the University of Ulster, I still continue my artistic practice as a freelance illustrator. I can customise design sessions for schools and community organisations to meet their specific needs. Workshops can run from taster sessions to longer six week programmes.
Facilitating workshops for all age groups and abilities, I am happy to discuss bringing your group's ideas to fruition, developing them to your budget. My skills base includes: visual arts, felting, illustration, general arts and crafts, textile art, painting and drawing, sculpture in mixed media, withy lanterns, printing, banner making, weaving, mural/graffiti painting and Concept/Issue lead workshops.
