Help Art Take Part Celebrate Its First Year

This June we celebrate our 1st year as an online creative community and search facility. Art Take Part is offering £300 towards artist's costs for Art Take Part Groups with events happening this summer.

Updated: 25/07/2012

Art Take Part celebrates its 1st anniversary this June and what a year it has been! We have had a phenomenal response to the site since its launch with well over a hundred groups joining our creative community, nearly 10,000 people from around the country logging on to the site and we have seen our Facebook page grow by over 700 fans and our Twitter jump to over 500 followers!

As a way of saying thank you for all the support and also to celebrate the success of our first year, we are offering three lucky groups £300 in artists costs to help fund an event this summer! The only thing we ask is that your event will involve opportunities for public participation and that it will run either between 12-20 May as part of Voluntary Arts Week or anytime in June. As an added bonus Art Take Part will come along to take pictures and film your activities - helping you gain local and national publicity in the process! The three winning groups will be chosen at random from the first 10 entries that we receive so don’t delay! Send details of your event to info@arttakepart.org.
