The Milk Cup

Stars from all over the world have played in this Co Londonderry soccer tournament

The Northern Ireland Milk Cup is one of Europe's premier youth soccer tournaments, attracting teams from all over the world. The tournament takes place each summer in the town of Coleraine, Co Londonderry. Players must be 15 years or over to be eligible to compete.

Notable junior teams who have participated in the event in the past include Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Everton and Newcastle United. Players who went on to league and international success include David Beckham, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes, Joe Cole, Kevin Harper and Milael Forsell, Neil Lennon, Keith Gillespie and Steven Lomas.
