Celebrating the life and works of Magilligan's own traditional singer and songwriter, Eddie Butcher (1900-1980), the festival promises singing and storytelling for all ages to enjoy. 

Friday 4 September: Festival Launch

Singing, music, poetry and storytelling
8pm, Free Admission

Sunday 6 September
Dungiven Library, Main St, Dungiven BT47 4LE
Traditional singing and stories. Light refreshments provided.
7.30pm-10.30pm, Free Admission

Thursday 10 September
Downhill Beach House, Castlerock BT51 4RP
Traditional session, hosted by William & McCaul. Light refreshments provided.
8pm, Admission free.

Friday 11 September
Keady Clachan, 58 Ringsend Road, Limavady BT49 0QJ
The Keady Clachan is hosting our traditional event called Jimmy's Session, in memory of our dear friend and musician, Jimmy O'Hara. This is also our chosen charity night. This year, it is for Team Callum. Traditional singing, music and storytelling. Light refreshments provided.

Saturday 12 September, Farewell Session
St Aidan's Hall, Magilligan BT49 0JD
Hosted by Len Graham - traditional singing, music and storytelling. Also our Newly Composed Unaccompanied Song competition for the Shamrock, Rose & Thistle Tradition Cup, adjudicated by Josephine Mulvena. Light Refreshments
