International Festival of Chamber Music 2018
Belfast Music Society hosts its annual International Festival of Chamber Music with a talented line-up announced

Belfast Music Society returns in March to host the International Festival of Chamber Music 2018. Taking place from March 2 to March 4, the event is being run in association with Queens University Belfast, BBC Radio 3 along with a number of other organisations.
On the first night, the festival will play host to Ailish Tynan performing soprano and Iain Burnside performing on piano. The programme will include works by Brahms, Grieg, Fauré and Debussy. Earlier in the day you can attend a free recital to showcase the talent of the final year students alongside postgraduate performers.
The second night will see London Mozart Players Chamber Ensemble perform works by Mozart, Poulenc, Ibert and Beethoven. Earlier in the day a Chamber Masterclass will take place with two student ensembles put through their paces by members of the London Mozart Players Chamber Ensemble.
Also included in the programme for the event is 'Chamber Babies', aimed at those under the age of 18 months, for their parents to bring them along and be enchanted by the music.
